Taking on an Olympic Challenge

On May 11th, the team from The Elephant had the privilege of cooking a banquet for esteemed guests at the BOA’s ‘Our Greatest Team Rises’ event.  Head Chef, Simon Hulstone and sous chef, Craig Beacham had their own moment in the spotlight as they were called on stage by hosts John Bishop and Davina McCall.
