Katy - Manager

Katy has been at the Elephant since 2004 and is our face of the restaurant.  Her calm, casual approach has brought a new level of service to the Elephant.  Mother of our two little herbs Tansy and Cicely and married to the chef.  What a lucky lady.

Jason  - Front of House Manager

Originally from the Land Down Under, Jason has brought a wealth of experience to the front of house team.  His easy going nature and friendly approach helps our customers to enjoy their dining experience from start to finish.

Jana - Senior Waitress

Jana is our senior waitress at The Elephant.  Jana has a wealth of experience and this means our guests receive a fantastic dining experience.

Sarah-Jane - Waitress

Sarah-Jane is the newest member of the front of house team.  Her bright smile and happy personality give our service a lift whatever the circumstances.

Oleeta - Apprentice Front of House

Oleeta is the youngest member of our team and is studying catering at college.  She is extremely dedicated and and is well on the way to owning her own establishment.  One day!

Lukas - Kitchen Porter

Lukas is our kitchen porter and keeps things tidy after those messy chefs.  In return the chefs are teaching him English which may or may not be a good thing!

Tansy 

Just about to start her apprenticeship in the kitchen Tansy at 3 is our future chef and current favourites are chocolate, breadsticks, tantrums and anything pink. Can now be seen gracing the pastry section on certain days begging for petit fours.  Start them young I say, Tansy has slowly turned into her mother and now the pair of them can talk for England.

 

Cicely 

The newest and loudest member of The Elephant team.  Don't let the blue eyes fool you; she's a heartbreaker.  Future Gordon Ramsay.  This little girl loves her food and has her own 8 course tasting menu every night.  Takes after her old man.  Just become mobile and now is a walking battering ram.  A daddy's girl.
