Simon will once again be one of seven of the Bay’s top chefs collaborating at South Devon College. He will be joining Barry George from Cantina, Kirk Gosden from Rockfish, Tom Ward from Rumour, Jordan Watfield from Pier Point Restaurant, Ollie Ward from Hamilstons and Ashley Hamilton from Curious Kitchen.
With help from the students each chef will produce a signature dish using local seafood – Simon will be cooking with delicious local scallops.
The dinner will take place on Thursday 28 June and will launch the upcoming English Riviera Feast event where chefs, cafes and restaurants from across the region will celebrate the fantastic seafood caught all around the coast. The two week event will take place from 22 September until 7 October and is an absolute must attend for seafood lovers.
