The talented Guy Owen from The Idle Rocks in St Mawes will be joining Simon and the team on Thursday 27 September. As a chef renowned for seafood, Simon invited him to cook during the upcoming England’s Seafood Feast which takes place from Saturday 22 September to Sunday 7 October.
Guy is passionate about sustainability and the provenance of his ingredients. His approach brings out the best in Cornish produce which he cooks simply but to perfection.
The chefs will be teaming up to serve six courses of delicious seafood and sustainable ingredients – the dinner will be priced at £65 per person with wine pairings also available. We expect the dinner to be very popular so do book early to avoid disappointment.
The Elephant will also be serving a delicious and fantastic value seafood lunch menu – two courses for £20 and three courses for £22 – throughout the festival.
